Help us to realise the potential of researchers globally

Do you have a passion for the career and professional development of researchers? Are you interested in the practices, policies and structures that shape the Higher Education research culture and environment globally? If so, we want to hear from you.

Vitae is a non-profit programme managed by the Careers Research & Advisory Centre (CRAC) Limited, an educational charity based in Cambridge. Vitae works with researchers and researcher developers in the UK and internationally to promote, develop, deliver and evidence the career and professional development of researchers. Our mission is to enable people to realise their career potential by helping them to develop and access the necessary knowledge, understanding and skills. Vitae works in 23 different countries with over 200 different institutions and governments in areas such as research and innovation, training and resources, events and consultancy.

The CRAC Board has recently agreed substantial investment in the future direction of the charity and with the global focus on people and culture it is an excellent time to join us and make a difference to the career and professional development of all researchers.

We are currently trialling hybrid working with a combination of remote and office-based work at our Cambridge office. Please tell us about your preferred working arrangements (full time, part time, secondment, etc.), location and any other flexible working considerations in your application.
