JOB TITLE: Learning and Development Coordinator

Location: Cambridge

Contract: Part time Permanent. Circa 20 hours per week. Applications for flexible working will be considered.

Salary: £18k - £25k pro rata per annum

Vitae is a non-profit programme managed by the Careers Research & Advisory Centre (CRAC) Limited, an educational charity based in Cambridge. Vitae works with researchers and researcher developers in the UK and internationally to promote, develop, deliver and evidence the career and professional development of researchers.

We seek a talented Coordinator to join our growing Learning and Development team. Working with the Head of Learning and Development and the wider team, the post holder will support and coordinate the delivery of researcher development training programmes in the UK and internationally. The post holder will have experience in project/programme coordination and delivery, excellent administrative, organisational and interpersonal skills, a capacity for prioritisation and multi-tasking, and the flexibility and enthusiasm to achieve successful outcomes.
