Qualitative Research on Career Pathways of Regulated Costs Lawyers

The Costs Lawyer Standards Board (CLSB), the regulator of Costs Lawyers in England and Wales, commissioned the Careers Research and Advisory Centre (CRAC) to conduct qualitative research on Costs Lawyers’ career pathways. This has deepened understanding of career trajectories into and within this largely unknown legal profession. It will underpin development of enhanced careers information about the profession, which will make use of a series of case studies produced in the research.
